Tour Booking Policy
- Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred dates.
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
- The balance amount must be paid before or at the start of the tour.
- Tour itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Gusts are requested to inform us in advance of any special requirements or dietary preferences.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy:
- Mor than 60 days before arrival: Full refund of the advance payment.
- 30-60 days before arrival: 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund will be provided.
- Refund if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 working days.
